As the sole Editor of Design Within Reach, I concept, oversee and edit all the main campaigns for each season, creating engaging themes and taglines; devising relevant editorial stories and narratives; working with influencers, designers and brand ambassadors; and carrying these narrative threads through catalogs, home pages, emails, and social.
I am responsible for editing and overseeing virtually every piece of copy, from catalogs to signage, Instagram stories
to digital landing pages, advertising taglines to product information pages and even product naming. I edit and oversee writers, both staff and freelance, and am the key liaison between our editorial team and art directors and graphic designers, marketing, merchandising, social media, and public relations. I was promoted to this position after a year as the Lead Copywriter, where I wrote the copy for catalogs, website, emails, and social.
